This project involved the conversion of an original Norfolk barn stable into a large modern kitchen linked to the original farmhouse. The building was also equipped with a walk in pantry, laundry, boot room and cloakroom.

Another smaller stable adjacent was also renovated into a gym, sauna, store, changing room and shower to complement the refurbished outdoor pool and courtyard.

The barns were completely rebuilt including double glazed metal framed doors and windows, exposed steel beams and polished concrete floors whilst retaining the original trussed timber beams, soft red brick external walls and traditional Norfolk clay tiled roof.
